My Experience

I’m a strategic and people-focused Programme Manager, passionate about turning big ideas into real-world impact. With over 7 years of experience across the public and private sectors, I specialise in leading complex programmes that sit at the intersection of technology, innovation, and collaboration.

I’ve worked with startups, consultancies, local authorities, and large enterprises to deliver initiatives that drive tech adoption, improve public services, and support Net Zero ambitions. Whether it’s managing multi-stakeholder relationships, curating high-impact events, or advancing digital innovation, I bring clarity, structure, and momentum to every project I lead.

My Current Focus

Currently, I support tech and mission-driven organisations (startups, consultancies, and nonprofits) through freelance programme and delivery management. I specialise in leading projects, events, and stakeholder-facing initiatives that require flexible, results-oriented support.

My approach blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. I’m known for aligning diverse stakeholders, building strong partnerships, and creating collaborative environments where innovation can thrive. I’ve led national events, moderated expert panels, and developed content that makes complex topics more accessible and engaging.

In addition to programme work, I also enjoy visual storytelling from designing impactful assets to creating social media content that reinforces key narratives. This creative layer enhances my communication work, helping organisations share their mission and connect with their audience more effectively.
