Strategic Programme & Project Delivery

I design and coordinate complex programmes from the ground up — across multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and timelines running concurrently. At techUK I ran two national programmes simultaneously, managing strategic planning, workstream coordination, stakeholder engagement, events, and communications as one integrated operation. Events Design & Facilitation

I design and deliver events that go beyond logistics — aligning content, speakers, and format to strategic goals and creating dialogue that continues after the day itself. I have delivered 70+ events throughout my career, including the techUK Local Public Services Innovation Summit, events part of Birmingham Tech Week, Leeds Digital Festival, and Connected Britain/North, reaching 500+ senior stakeholders across government, industry, and academia.

Operational Design & Process Development

At the Advanced Propulsion Centre I designed and managed the internal financial process for grant funding of up to £1M disbursed to universities and research institutions, tracking spend and engaging cross-functionally to align delivery with organisational strategy.
